LAHORE (03-11-26): The Department of Epidemiology and Public Health of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore arranged an awareness walk to mark One Health Day to promote awareness of the interconnectedness of human, animal and environmental health and to reaffirm our collective commitment to a healthier, more sustainable future at the City Campus Lahore.
UVAS Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Masood Rabbani led the walk while Dean Faculty of Veterinary Science Prof Dr Kamran Ashraf, Prof Dr Habib-Ur-Rehman, Senior Tutor Prof Dr Yasin Tipu, Director Students Affairs Dr Muhammad Oneeb, Dr Abdul Rehman and a large number of students, faculty members and administrative staff participated in the walk.
Meanwhile UVAS Department of Pathology arranged a Seminar on “DNA A Divine Signature and role of Artificial Intelligence in Disease Diagnosis”. Prof Dr Besharat Ali from University of Health Sciences was the Resource Person of seminar and he delivered informative lecture to UVAS students related to topic.
