LAHORE (30-04-24): The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof Dr Muhammad Younus (DLA.I, T.I) along with Dean Faculty of Veterinary Science Prof Dr Aneela Zameer Durrani, Registrar Sajjad Hyder, Director Information Technology Center Mr Rizwan Saleem and other dignitaries inaugurated digitalization of UVAS assets, financial management system & tutorial system at City Campus on Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Muhammad Younus congratulated all the staff, faculty and students to successfully start digitalization system in UVAS. He said such system will be very beneficial for staff to keep transparency in financial reporting & processing of bills and they will get maximum benefits from this system.
Mr Rizwan Saleem spoke about various salient features of digitalization system related to expenditure management, assets & inventory management, flawless & transparent financial management, compliance with international ERP`s and regional regulations and financial module cost etc. He said this system developed by UVAS Directorate of Information Technology in collaboration with UVAS treasurer`s Office in two years.
Earlier, Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof Dr Muhammad Younus (DLA.I, T.I) presided over 65th Advanced Studies & Research Board (ASRB) meeting at UVAS.
