LAHORE (21-11-25): The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore has been ranked 155 by Times Higher Education in it’s THE Interdisciplinary Science Ranking 2026. UVAS stood First among Public Sector Pakistani Universities and 4th in overall Pakistani Universities.
Earlier, A faculty member from the Department of Pathology of the University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore Dr Muhammad Suleman awarded with Gold Medal by the Health Minister of Punjab Mr Khawaja Salman Rafique in the 35th Annual International Conference on Family Medicine for his outstanding dedication and exceptional collaborative research with the healthcare sector from 2019 to 2025 even during the COVID-19 pandemic his recent research on long-COVID patients have been recognized as vital contributions to medicine & public health. This award has been conferred by Academy of Family Physicians of Pakistan in recognition of Dr Suleman outstanding contribution in medicine & public health.
