Biography
Smile Manzoor is serving as a visiting lecturer in the Department of Poultry Production, Faculty of Animal Production and Technology, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore, Pakistan, since February 18, 2025.
She earned her BS (Hons.) in Poultry Science in 2022 from UVAS, followed by an M.Phil. (2024) and enrolled in Ph.D. in 2024 in Poultry Production from the same department. Her master’s research was focused on indigenous breed Naked Neck chicken growth and productive performance in three different production system under supervision of Dr. Shahid Mehmood (Associate prof. Poultry production).
Her professional journey includes hands-on experience in poultry research, laboratory training and industry collaborations. She has also worked in Eastern Scientific Corporation pvt. Ltd. for 3 months as Business Development Executive in poultry division.
