Muhammad Bilal Bhatti completed his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics with Statistics from Government College University (GCU), Lahore. He subsequently earned his M.Phil. in Mathematics from Government College University, Lahore, where his research focused on the Applications of Fourier Transform in Biosignals, particularly the processing and filtering of electrocardiogram (ECG) signals using MATLAB. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Mathematics at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, focus on Stochastic Modeling with a particular emphasis on applications in biological systems.

He has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, webinars, research schools, faculty development trainings, workshops, and professional development programs. Notably, he was awarded the prestigious CIMPA Grant by the Centre International de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées (France) to attend the CIMPA School on Mathematical and Statistical Tools for Imaging held at the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. He has also received a Letter of Appreciation from the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) for his contribution to updating the DVM Mathematics curriculum.
