Biography

Ms. Hira Zulfiqar is working as a Lecturer (Chemistry) at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore, since August 2022. She completed her Master of Philosophy in Chemistry, with specialization in Material Science, from the University of the Punjab, where her thesis focused on the synthesis and characterization of N-Vinyl Caprolactam based microgels loaded with silver nanoparticles. She completed her Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Chemistry from the same university. She has over five years of teaching experience across university and secondary-school settings, having delivered over 1,000 lectures with a student satisfaction rate exceeding 90%. She is working on innovative teaching methods and curriculum development in analytical, physical, and environmental chemistry.
