Biography
Farzan Ali Hazoori is serving as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Parasitology at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. He completed his MPhil in Parasitology with specialization in Avian Parasitology from UVAS, Lahore, and holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the same institution.
His academic and research work focuses on molecular parasitology and diagnostic laboratory techniques. He has hands-on experience in PCR-based analysis, DNA extraction and sequencing, as well as protein-based techniques including SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. He is also familiar with phylogenetic analysis for the investigation of parasitic infections. In addition, he has been involved in clinical veterinary practice and laboratory-based research activities.
