Biography
Dr. Muhammad Ahmar serves as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Veterinary Medicine at KBCMA CVAS Narowal, a distinguished campus of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore, which he joined in September 2024. He completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2021 and subsequently obtained his M.Phil. in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, in 2023.
Mr. Muhammad Ahmar has practical experience from his work at the outdoor clinic at the University of Agriculture, where he diagnosed and treated diseases in various animals. He also performs surgeries on pet animals and manages livestock health at the farm level. With a keen research interest in the diagnosis of livestock diseases, his aims to enhance understanding and treatment options in this critical area. His expertise in livestock medicine encompasses preventive health management, disease diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions, ensuring the well-being of various livestock species.
Mr. Muhammad Ahmar possesses further expertise in pet animal medicine and equine medicine, further enriching his knowledge in veterinary practice. He has several research publications and abstracts in well-reputed national and international scientific journals.
