Biography
Dr. Kamran Sajid is serving as Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Theriogenology, UVAS Lahore. He earned his DVM and M.Phil. in Theriogenology from UVAS with specialization in equine and bovine reproduction. He has professional experience at Baig Stud Farm and other stud farms and is a permanent member of the Veterinary Panel of the Jockey Club of Pakistan. He worked as Research Associate in the Pakistan Science Foundation funded project “Development and Commercialization of Sex-Sorted Semen Technology for Indigenous Dairy Breeds of Pakistan.” He has organized and contributed to national training workshops on reproductive ultrasonography, developed equine teaching modules, and served as a resource person and trainer for veterinarians across the country. His teaching covers reproductive physiology, semen evaluation, cytology, and ultrasonography, while his clinical expertise includes infertility management, obstetrics, and neonatal care.
His research interests include semen cryopreservation, sex-sorted semen, and advanced reproductive biotechnologies.
