Biography
Dr. Irfan Irshad is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Director of the Institute of Continuing Education & Extension (ICE&E) at UVAS, Ravi Campus, Pattoki. He earned his Ph.D. in Pathology from UVAS with a focus on the pathogenesis and tissue tropism of avian co-infections (H9N2 and Newcastle Disease Virus).
With over 18 years of academic and administrative experience, Dr. Irshad has played a vital role in teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional management. He has taught a wide range of subjects to diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate students, including Clinical Pathology, Immunopathology, Poultry Pathology, and Livestock Extension Education.
