Biography
Abdul Khaliq is working as a visiting lecturer in the Department of Theriogenology at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. He completed his graduation from Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, in 2021 and an M.Phil. in Theriogenology from UVAS, Lahore, in 2024. The title of his master’s research was “Effect of epinephrine supplementation on in-vitro maturation rate and developmental competence of abattoir-derived oocytes in Nili-Ravi buffaloes.” He served as a Lecturer in Theriogenology at Ziauddin University, Karachi, for a period of nine months, where he contributed to teaching and clinical training of undergraduates, along with the provision of theriogenology extension services in the District Malir area of Karachi. He joined UVAS in September 2025. At UVAS, he is actively engaged in teaching undergraduate courses in theriogenology, handling clinical cases, and conducting research activities in the Embryology Laboratory, Central Laboratory Complex, Ravi Campus, Pattoki.
